By accessing or using the Invoicely web application, free invoice generator tools, or SaaS subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Account Responsibilities

Workspace owners and team members are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality and for all billing activity conducted under their workspace.

3. Service Availability & PDF Generation

We strive for 99.9% uptime for invoice creation and portal access. Invoicely provides formatting tools for PDF documents, but users are responsible for ensuring their tax rates and invoice numbers comply with local jurisdiction regulations.
